More Optifine and Xycraft Bugs... Any help?

As you can see in the picture, with the newly textured xychrorium optifine seems to render it weirdly. (It also does this for any 'HD' items e.g the omniwrench) I am using the Beta Ultimate pack.

Just a bug in Vanilla. Optifine's supposed to fix it, but the "D" versions don't seem to.

There was a mod, "3d items," which fixed this and did a few other things. There also appears to be an issue with it, don't try installing it to fix that bug as I get a crash upon MC trying to render an Item Frame with 3d Items.

I guess I'll have to wait for optifine to update or I find a good enough texture pack that supports most if not all of ultimates mods.

Yeah, I'm not really happy with the newly apparent modding fad of "HD item textures." It looks fantastic--I'd be lying if I said otherwise--but there's about as many things apt to go bugger as when one fastens a solid-fuel rocket booster to a pickup truck.
