Once upon a time, I opened up TF2 in like 5 months because I was so damn bored. I played for a while but I noticed that every 10 seconds or so, it will freeze and drop to 0 fps for about 10 seconds until it unfreezes. This usually got me killed. I was so angry that I rage quitted. I then opened up minecraft and the same freaking thing happened. It was weird because it didn't happen the day before or anytime before. I played hunger games and just when I see someone, it freezes and when it unfreezes, I'm already dead. Same goes for the time when I open my inventory, it lags when i open it and it lags when I close it too (crafting tables and chests too). I got kinda mad after dying so much that I quit. I opened FTB and went on a server i play in. I was running around, lagging every time i take out my axe or anything in my hop bar.Just like vanilla, i lag when I open my inventory etc. I also lag just randomly throughout the game. I was running and i found a lava pool but it dropped to 0 fps so i got scared and i just held shift like it's my job but of course, it lagged, glitched and autowalked right into the lava. Frustrating right? COD4 too! It lags sometimes when i switch guns, meet other players or just random lags. This has been happening for almost a week now and I can't take it. The worst part is, it's not just games. Youtube too! A bit less frequent but it still lags. Like, drops to 0 fps during a video, missing a part (I can just hear the sound) and making me rewind which sometimes also drops too. I need help please. I know this isn't really supposed to be here but i've been posting this around everywhere, hoping for a fix. Thank you. Btw, yes, I've tried shutting down my mac and turning it on.

If you're able to reinstall your graphics drivers on mac try that first otherwise try reinstalling the entire os. If that doesn't work go to the apple store and talk to them.
