More ID Conflicts

So i've been getting a couple of these conflicts and can someone help me resolve this one?

Suggested Ranges: 3740-4045 (306 IDs), 651-849 (199 IDs), 3511-3699 (189 IDs)

And can you tell me how to do fix it on my own, just in case it happens again.
 
You need to go into your Witchery or Eng Toolbox config and change the ID's. You should be able to do it with either. Basically, you have 2 items trying to use id's 4074-4081. The list at the bottom of suggested ranges are the available id's. Simply change the 8 conflicting ones to some of the free ones. Then just save the config and launch the game.
 
lately, whenever smone askes me about this, i always say, "1.7" then their heads explode.
Indeed, I'm the process of forming a 1.7.10 pack, and it's almost (but not quite) just plug and play. The headache of ID conflicts has vanished.
