Any of you guys ever used nohero's More Health Mod on the Monster Pack?

It seems that everytime I get an extra hearts from the more health mod I keep getting damaged by nothing that makes me lose the extra hearts and that couldn't make me regenerate the extra hearts. Even if i get 2 extra hearts i will keep getting damaged by nothing that will remove all of that extra hearts.
