I was hosting an unleashed server for some time with no issues at all. Started a monster server this morning on the same server (stopping unleashed of course) and it all went as normal. Everyone can still join but they get random disconnects including myself on the lan. The server log just says end of stream or general disconnect and the ftb console log shows the following:

2014-10-13 19:17:55 [INFO] [STDERR] java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

Ive tried restarting the server, both computer and the ftb server, as well as various steps on my system but it happens for everyone which is a bit odd.[DOUBLEPOST=1413314631,1413250831][/DOUBLEPOST]If it helps at all, it seems to not happen to everyone as I previously thought, 5 online today and it was happening to 3.

How often are these disconnects? I rarely ever see that on my Monster server. It could just be a coincidence that it started happening when you switched to monster - perhaps something in internet changed that's causing those people to lose connection to the server. If that's the case, it may be a node went down somewhere and connections are being rerouted, and it should eventually settle itself.

Thanks for the reply. I actually kinda solved it just the other day. The other people were getting a different error and got that fixed but mine was still happening, I moved the server to a different network than the lan and disconnects no longer happen, same files and everything, just not local.
