Feed The Beast

I'm having issues with setting up larger setups, like i tried to set a 32 Woodcutter tree farm, and it started lagging and kicking me from the server i play. So i'm curious if someone know what could be going on and if there is a way to fix it please? I started having issues around the point that i had 60 Bevel gears, 31 shaft junctions and 59 shafts running. Also it was not visual lag since the place was buried and far from my sight.

This is a image of part of the "circuit", if i take off the 2nd layer, the server kinda becomes stable again, so i'm curious if there is some kind of limitation on rotarycraft that it don't like when you go above certain number of transmission gear.
