Mods to monster pack

Hello.

I have been playing quite lot of unleashed however I am thinking of moving over to monster pack, however I am wondering how to add two mods that I like alot in unleashed.

Those are DartCraft and EnchantingPlus

Now I wonder that what versions of those mods would be possible to add Monster 1.1.1 ?

As additional question I got this:

How much upload bandwidth per player I need to run minecraft server ? Please give answer in kbit/s or kilobits per second or Mbit/s.

Simply download the mods for 1.6.4, and when you're in the launcher and about to open the pack, there's a button that says "Edit Mods." Hit that button and then "Add New Mod," and then navigate to the files you downloaded earlier.

Also, use the latest version of Monster, not 1.1.1.
And bandwidth would be at least 10 Mbit/s up and down. (Add two for each additional player.)
