Problem Mods not working on infinity server

so me and my friends created an infinity server. and the modded items dissapear when i try to use them. i open up the minecraft server 1.7.10 file to turn on the server and it works but the modded items dont work. and yes this is a modded server from ftb. also biomes o plenty wont work even though i have it in my server properties

You should be opening a batch file that allocates java appropriately and if you dont want to do that you can run the jar file directly but you are running a vanilla jar when you need to run the ftb server jar.
