Lately any new modpacks i try to download will not launch. Ever since Horizons was released, any modpack i download gets to 100%, but totally skips downloading minecraft.jar. All the modpacks i had downloaded before this work perfectly fine. One of two things happens every time i try to launch one. It either says its up to date, login successful, then closes immediately, or it will sit there and do nothing. After 15 minutes or so a window will come up saying it is downloading
record/13.ogg
or sounds/music/game/creative/creative3.ogg, and sit there forever.

I've tried redownloading the modpacks, redownloading the launcher, deleted the launcher folder, and changed download region, but no luck so far.
