Request Modpacks with concentrated ore gen

Hello all,

This sort of looks like the right place for such a thing,

Recently I gave FTB Interactions a go and determined that while I do not enjoy GregTech, I did like the concept of ores spawning in big clusters and needing to explore different biomes for different ore. Are there more packs that have something like this? Perhaps ones without Gregtech?

Also, would you say that FTB interactions is a valid example of what Gregtech is? Not sure if I should be making a judgement about GT based on one experience.

Interactions is pretty heavily modified. If I may suggest Omnifactory both as a second stab at GregTech and as a pack which has ore density as a cornerstone feature. It also uses a coin system so any resource you can't find, you can get pretty easily. And you start off with a Scanner so you can scan for any given ore as soon as you can make gold wire (and remember, gold is found in Magnetite deposits, which are surface-level), so it just needs a couple of tools and you are good to go.

You should never be in a position in Omnifactory in which you are unable to obtain resources, at least not until you transition to... alternate resource acquisition methods.
