Modpack not launching

I'm not exactly sure where to ask about this but i'm trying to play a mod pack called TPPI2 and as soon as i click launch it starts to load but it doesnt come up with the minecraft client window thing.

I don't see anything which would suggest it shouldn't load up.

which launcher are you using? the ftb or the curse one

It decied to load just then but the server i'm trying to join it says "Warning: Updated to 0.1.4 please download the update in the launcher and reinstall the configs" I'm confused.

My guess is that other packs work fine?
if this is the case what happens if you force update the pack?
