modpack crashes

I have a modpack i made in 1.10 that keeps crashing when i exit the nether or end any ideas on how to fix this

not sure what the ticking block is.
I changed versions though now im in 1.12.2 and my world is probably slightly corrupted because journey map cant load some chunks and theres a bit of lag here and there
