Modded Errors that you Did

We all did some sort of error both in vanilla Minecraft and modded, so post those errors (not as crash logs, as the incidents that happened).
Example - Creating a void world on a 32-bit PC, with less than 1 GB allocated to Minecraft, and having 200+ mods. Result = Instant crash. Essentially - Post the incident it self, and the result.
