Bugfixes
- Fixed creative mode check now, player based instead of world based (OPs on servers)
- Fixed not being able to place seed on vitalized soil (was a bug that wasn't in a release)
- Sounds to various actions: planting seeds and enriching dirt
- Added config setting for the experience consumed per dirt enrichment - defaults to 0
