Feed The Beast

I have a FTB Unleashed server and it was running fine until 2 day ago when we started getting major lag. When we break a block we have to wait 3 sec. for the block to break and drop. We haven't changed any mods or anything we just stared a sky base but all we have is a generator and the island. Is there a mod i can install to the server or client that will help me identify where the lag is coming from kind of like what some plugins do for bukkit. They show the chunks loaded, how many entity there are, and it show that chunks might be the problem.
