Mod that allow you to make Large Billboard Signs?

Does anyone know if there is a mod that allows you to Make large Bill-Board signs. I thought i saw one before but just cant find it. I want to make large Industry Signs for my larger buildings and factorys. This to would be for 1.10.2.

Extra utilities 2 screens can join together to get as big as you want and can then load an imgur url for you.
 
RFTools Screens might be able to do what you want. God knows they do so many things.

My default answer was Chisel and Bits, but not everyone is into that level of masochism like I am.
