Mod Packs Launch With No Mods

I updated and launched Direwolf20 today hoping to finally play and it loads with no mods. Just plain vanilla. Upon inspection I found none of the mod packs show as having any mods installed in the "edit mods" area. If I load my game from the beta it only has vanilla content.

Am I doing something wrong? I really want to play and I have tried all I can think of to fix it.
