As much as I like having a thread dedicated to modpack changelogs, Id like it even more if each post had the full list of mods. For example, instead of posting what mods updated, how about reposting the entire list but highlighting/bold/etc any individual mod that updated.

I support this! I actually have been updating a manual log of all the changes to have a whole complete list all the time.

Awesome thread. Thanks! But at a quick glance, it still seemed like a thread that only tracked updates and detailed their changes, not a straight list of the mods in the pack. I also just checked the mods folder after selecting to use v8 of Mindcrack, and now none of the files have their corresponding version number in the title anymore. This is fine for simplicity sake, but for people trying to understand the version of everything in the pack, you will have to go through the whole thread to piece together what is there.

thats because V8 is marked as internal testing, so it's aint the recommende build. Therefor in the modsection it isn't show yet.
http://wiki.feed-the-beast.com/index.php?title=Mod_Pack_Version_Matrix you see the versions of the current recommende builds

CWW256 does keep the mod version updated in the http://forum.feed-the-beast.com/forums/mod-pack-updates.62/ section.

For mindcrack for example you can see the v8 mod version changes: http://forum.feed-the-beast.com/threads/mindcrack.4666/
http://forum.feed-the-beast.com/threads/mindcrack.4666/#post-100676 to be exact.

I'm not sure what changed in the mods, i personallu think it's not upto the FTB crew to post those tbh. They should be able to be found on the modmakers website / github or what so ever for the few ppl who extually want to know those.

Actually you answered the original question with the first part of your reply. That list that shows the current mod version of every mod in v7 is exactly what I was talking about. I had never seen this. Thanks!
