Summary of the problem Mob Duplication timing out server

Pack Version 1.1.0

What is the bug? When I try and spawn a Enderman using the Industrial Foregoing mod, it times out the server as soon as the enderman is meant to be spawned.

Server is running 6gb of RAM and game is running 6gb of RAM

Is it repeatable? Yes, I have repeated it 4 times on my server and 1 time on a singleplayer world
