Minium Stone doesn't exist in Direwolf20 pack?

I know this pack has EE3, and the Minium Stone was added in the first version of EE3 according to the change log, but when I look in the NotEnoughItems menu or in the creative tab for EE3. Is this a bug? Was it removed for some reason?

(There is also no Philosopher's Stone)
