Mini Map Problems

First off this is my first ever post, thats just how irritated I am. I'm playing on FTB Infinity Evolved and have a couple different worlds I play between. When I play in world 1 then go to world 2 the map for world 2 does not load in. Instead I'm playing in world 2 with world 1s map and have to "discover" all chunks for them to show how they actually look in the game on the map. Then I enter world 3 and I have a weird mix of world 1 and 2 for a map.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Are all of your worlds named the same thing? I don't remember which minimap mod Infinity Evolved uses, but I've had problems with maps for identically-named worlds on a different pack before.

If not, does it matter if you shut down minecraft completely between worlds, versus just going back to the title screen?

Wow I feel really stupid... That seemed to fix it, the maps all started as 'New World' and were later renamed. This caused the map collision. Thanks!
