minetweaker not loading mods in order

i am having issues with minetweaker not loading in alphabetical order its all out of order and is casues spam to show up chat when some one logs in to the server

i ha some one that did the same thing on there server and it show up like this

this is runing on a skyfactory 2.5 server.
