Minetweak Bugging, with Mettalurgy 3 on server

Hi, ive been working on fixing a bug between Ex, aliquo and Mettalurgy 3 on 1.6.4 by removing original recipes and adding new ones with minetweaker, and we have it working in single player, but on our server it will give us the item we want to craft, but when we "shift click to craft" it bounces back into the crafting table ? any ideas ? i can post the Minetweaker Configs if needed

any help would be greatly appreciated

Sorry for the late reply. Do you have the minetweaker configs on the server? And obviously, minetweaker...
