Windows .exe Minecraft won't open

I am new t FTB, I downloaded the .exe and installed it to My Documents >> FTB. I then installed the MineCrack v8.1.1 Mod and created an account (Yes I used correct info ). I then hit launch and nothing happened.

Edit: I have now tried, using different amounts of RAM, re-installing both minecraft and ftb.

Step one. Update Java Here. Then Please try again. Could you get a screenshot on where it hangs also please?

Next tip....

Many people (myself included) have found that specific non-letter/number's in the install path can cause issue's.....

On the option tab of the FTB launcher, You will have an option to set the installation folder. It's called "Install folder..."

Could you try setting it to "C:\FTB\" Please?

I know it seams like a long short, but we are going to get this one way or another. (Plus this one is one of the easiest. )
