Your crash is caused due to the update checker not finding a version file online for RedstoneArsenal. I checked the link it checks, and it does indeed appear to be down, possibly due to the version file being missing. I'm not sure if it will work, but try opening up ./minecraft/config/cofh/core/common.cfg Find "B:EnableUpdateNotifications=" and change the value to false. Additionally, you may just need to update your Cofh relevant mods. I can't tell from the logs you provide exactly what versions you're using.
