Minecraft Infinity Evolved Teleport Home

Is there an item similar to the Magic Mirror from Terraria that allows me to teleport to my spawn point from any location? Not the Magic Mirror from Thaumcraft, the one from Terraria.

The Charged Porter from RFTools can be set up to do what you want. To actually find the spawnpoint you can simply use the vanilla Item called "compass"

A more magical (although arguably harder to get) alternative is the Eye of the Flugal from Botania which is essentially is bindable to a spot (or 12 in earlier iterations) and then allowing teleportation to that spot. This does not work cross dimension though.

That item got changed in later iterations to only bind to one place.
