Windows .exe minecraft freezes! while generating map! Help!

When I go to make a map for FTB Ultimate pack and it just stops while generating the spawn area ! someone please help!

I also sent in a ticket to the support 2 and a half hours ago and still got nothing back.....

Get rid of you Java 6, and install Java 7.
As for the ticket, presently there is a rather significant backlog of open tickets.
