Mindcrack v5?

It's actually annoying that they don't put a changelog up before the download goes live, I have no idea what configs/mods have changed serverside so I don't know what I should cherry-update.

What's more annoying is that the launcher blindly blows away any config changes.

What they need to do is do a md5sum of their configs every release, and if that md5 doesn't change between releases then *don't overwrite the config*. Basically meaning that if I change forestry backpacks.conf and the pack updates I shouldn't need to bring those config changes back in.
 
Until you attempt to log into your server, and it yells at you that your mods are out of date.. I'd say that would be a good indication its time to update to the next version.
 
So now that inventory tweaks is added, I can't find the thread where someone had updated the sorting tree to include most of the non-vanilla mods. Anyone got a link?
