Mindcrack modpack Lag spike

I play the mindcrack mod-pack. At the start it was fine my slow computer usually does like 30 fps on tiny but now every time I open an inventory it gives me a lag spike.. This didn't used to happen in ftb modpack v12. Is there any way to fix this?

Try to disable NEI while not using it..

It's taking time to load the NEI Database. just give it a moment & it should stop. if Not. add optifine

i already have optifine installed with the lowest settings.. and i do have it disabled i pressed "o" to do it... but nothing works.

I say just let it load
After that I don't get it

so thats why im crashig most of the time when i right click something...

but all the other times i crash is because something else...
