MFR Harvester Idles but wont sheer leaves

I looked around but couldn't find the answer to my problem, added my setup screenshot. It wont sheer leaves or chop down the tree... am i missing something?

Voiding Sludge just in case, and its getting power from Redstone flux underneath. It idles nonstop, and it works with crops just not this magic tree

Stupid question, but is that an itemduct or fluiduct? It needs somewhere for the sludge to go.

EDIT: Is the idle bar cycling, or staying full? If it's staying full, check for nearby redstone signals.
