MFR Harvester Disappearing

I have a new MFR harvester setup that keeps disappearing. My setup looks like this

[Tessearact] [Harvester]

The tesseract is receiving energy and sending items. The other end of the tesseract is hooked up to a AE interface & my energy source.

I use a tin upgrade inside the MFR Harvester and as soon as I flip the switch to turn on the harvester, it just disappears. Any ideas?
 
It is likely your server admin has enabled the "delete blocks that crash the server" option. Ask him to check the server log and submit a bug report.
