Hello! I have a plan to transport engery with mfe cart or batbox carts. what I want is to have the carts go fluid like stop for 1-5 seconds. like this:

the problem I'm having atm the batbox cart stays and picks up energy untill it's full, can't I just pick a bit at the time? and the mfe cart doesn't even pick up power. Does this depends on witch tracks I use? holding och boarding tracks?
