More often than not, I'm running against capacity limits in my preferred methods to pump liquids. Here, I'll list the options I know with their advantages and disadvantages as far as I know them, ask anyone else to add what they know.

EnderIO pressuried fluid conduit:
I/O limit: 100 mB/t. Throughput limit: unknown. Separate network necessary for fluids and items, but both can co-exist in the same block spaces. Has its own facade system. Incompatible with microblocks.

Thermal Expansion fluiduct:
I/O limit: 200 mb/t per connection. Throughput limit: unlimited. Compatible with microblocks.

Extra Utilities liquid transfer node plus pipes:
I/O limit: unknown but very high. Throughput limit: unknown. Compatible with microblocks. No separate network necessary for fluids and items.

Applied Energistics/Extra Cells fluid import/export bus:
I/O limit: configurable, up to 1000mB/t. Throughput limit: unlimited. Costs power. Unlike standard AE buses, incompatible with Buildcraft facades. Incompatible with some machines. No separate network necessary for fluids and items.

Logistics Pipes fluid system:
I/O limit: unknown. Throughput limit: unlimited. Costs power. Compatible with Buildcraft facades. No separate network necessary for fluids and items.

These are what I have explored in part. I'd like to know the details marked unknown in the above, as well as info about any other systems. I haven't used Mekanism or RotaryCraft to transport fluids yet, and I don't recall original Buildcraft well enough to know its limits.
