Mekanism for 1.10.2 Factory help

So, I made two factories, both elite, a Crusher and a Smelter, I put in plain old iron ore into the Crusher as a test, it just sits there doing nothing yet the power bar is showing as full. Umm? What did I do wrong?

Mekanism goes into an Enriching Factory instead. Crusher is only for grinding things or for items coming from the Purification Chamber before being enriched and then smelted.
