ME3-ME4 not on FTB or ATLauncher

So recently I had to replace my hard drive due to wear and tear (five years will take its tole) and iv reinstalled the FTB and ATLauchers. But i cant for the life of my find ANY of the material energy mod packs. The last time i procured them was thru YouTube players showing off the pack and there was a code but now these codes are not there. Iv been up and down google searching and some have said that its just there on the FTB launcher but its not for me. Do i need a special code still or am i missing something? Please help I would really like to play ME again.
