Could you include a screenshot? It'll make it easier to diagnose :)

If that's an import bus on the ender chest, you're using 8 channels before you added the second interface.

I'd make sure the interfaces and crafting chambers etc below are connected to a separate cable coming from a different face of the controller

Thank you so much! It worked! I've been wondering about this for ages (literally i had the same problem a few months back in another world and i just completely ignored it) You've saved me, thanks man!

No worries :)

I had similar issues when I moved to AE2 from AE1.

Nowadays i'm really obsessive about cable management, I have cable anchors literally everywhere!

I have another problem... not about AE2 tho, i was hoping you could help me?
The RF API that is being used (1.7.10R1.0.2 from <unknown>) differes from that that is reported as being loaded (1.7.10R1.0.13 from EnderIO-1.7.10-2.3.0.428_beta.jar).
This is a crash report i get when i try to start up the world now, what is the problem?

Backup your world

Remove all ChickenChunk chunk loaders by doing this:

1) Disable ChickenChunks mod and restart the server

2) Confirm loading server with missing mod with /fml confirm

**This will remove all ChickenChunks blocks from all maps. This can take some time**

3) Wait for the server to load

4) Stop the server

5) Readd/enable ChickenChunks

Are you using chunk loaders from different mods in the same area? If so, don't do that.

Okay so i'm using two ChickenChunks Chunkloaders, one in the deep dark to power my ender quarry and one in the overworld to make sure my automation continues.
All i have to do now is make a copy of the mod somewhere, delete it from the folder, start the server, then put the mod back in and start the server again?

GREAT NEWS! IT WORKED :D
Now i don't know if i should be chunkloading anything anymore, is that something you can help with? Just to shed some light on it.

the ender quarry chunkloads the quarry its self and what its mining adding any extra chunkloaders causes the crash you got ive had this in the past took a while to figure it out the cause
