ME Import Bus and External Distributor (Steve's carts)

Hello, i've got a little problem with the ME Import Bus and the External Distributor, here's the thing :

What i'm trying to do is to transfer whatever is in the upper right corner of the cargo manager into the ME network (and be stored). But, he's just like "Nha, i didn't feel it", and the ressources (Wood stuff here) didn't go into the network.


Am i missing something?

All of the colors are blue, but there's nothing taking out of the blue side.
