MCPC+ Towny or an alternative

Hey guys,

is Towny working on MCPC+ Ultimate ?
Im looking for a plugin which gives me the possibility to sell ground via cost per block. But i need a way to change this cost per block value for different areas.
For example a block in the fishing village should cost about 20
a block in the uptown should cost about 80
in the underwaterworld 140
....
Do u know a way to realize this ?

Towny is working. Add it to plugins folder add towny, run server(Wont work first time). Then, go to towny config file, go to settings and disable craftbukkit version check. Should work perfectly.
