If I understand you correctly, you want a way to back everything up so you can restore if there is a crash or problem--correct? If that's the case, two things come to mind.

First, you can download and install McMyAdmin (which is free for small, non-commercial servers) Link: http://www.mcmyadmin.com/ This app is really nice and allows you to manage all kinds of things with your server. Many commercial hosts use it (including mine).

Second, you can download and install any one of many backup/restore programs (or you could even set up Windows to do it for you) and have it backup your Mindcrack folder on a set schedule. If a problem happens, you can go to the latest backup and swap files/folders.

If your post means something entirely different, however, my apologies.

Hey,

the provider of our server is http://gameserver.gamed.de/ and I dont have access to mcmyadmin. The provider is backupping every 12 hours, but if I load a backup it resets everything, not only the world or the chunk.
To backup I tried the two plugins i called before : "minebackup" and "simplebackup" but both are not running without bugs on mcpc+
I also wanna install a rollback plugin, but im still not sure if I should install "prism" or "coreprotect"

hmmm...that's puzzling why your provider would set it up like that. I suppose you could write them and ask why, and also ask if the parameters could be changed. You could also consider moving to a different provider. If they (a new provider) use MCMA and you have MCPC+ loaded, you will have access to hundreds of bukkit plugins that you can install with a click of the mouse. You can backup/save, shut down the server, install the plugin (remotely, through the MCMA configuration tab), restart the server and test things out. If the plugin is problematic, just delete it through MCMA and keep running, or delete the world and restore from backup. MCMA makes the server admin job much easier.

I know that's not a lot of help with your current problem, but it is an option if you can't find what you need.

yeah thanks, I will ask my provider. The only problem could be that the server is payed until october this year, so switching right now could be expensive
