Request MCEdit tool that works with mod items/blocks

Hey guys, so as of 1.7 stuff is no longer stored using permanent IDs... apart from vanilla stuff...
Which means transferring schematics from one world to another is now damn near impossible (Witchery stuff in one world turned to HarvestCraft stuff in another)

Is there any way to work around this, a plugin for MCEdit, or another mod entirely?
