McEdit Created an Insane Amount of Lighting Bugs

I need a little help here, i recently used McEdit to move a building onto my modded server. When I loaded the world up it was littered with black spots where all of the modded plants are. I can get rid of the them by right clicking the plants but there are so many it would take days.

Does anyone know I quick way to get rid of them all?
