I've tried everything the basic troubleshooting reinstalling java 7v21 etc. and deleting .minecraft and refreshing the ftblauncher file in appdata/roaming and it still does nothing it just says mc = class net.minecraft.client.Minecraft then locks out and greys out and It doesn't even start the minecraft thing and I really want to play even the computers at librarys can actually launch the window then it crashes because of how crap the computers are and I don't understand why?

these are my specs:

Processor: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5300 @ 2.60GHz 2.60GHz
Ram: 4GB
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series

Please help me. I don't know what to do.
