Hi all.
I'm new to Mac, but not new to FTB. I'm currently on holiday and have taken my mac with me (foolish). I was trying to get the new 1.6.4 DW20 pack to run on Maverick and after about 7 hours am about to throw it out the window.
I've read that there is a java problem with maveric that means I need to either rever to 6 (which doesn't work) or update my lwjgl files. The problem is, after looking and searching and many-many redownloads of the mod pack the /minecraft/bin folder simply does no exist on a mac.
I'm able to get vanilla 1.7 minecraft to run. It runs a treat.
I've tried creating the /bin folder manually in my direwolf20/minecraft folder to no avail...
I've tried simply putting the files (in the correct folder confiuration) in the direwolf20 folder...
it's all a waste of time. The pages are so outdated or shit I can't make any sense of them.
I'm currently on mavericks with BOTH java 6 and java 7 installed. I have re-downloaded and forced another update and it still wont load.
Can someone write in plain english how to get this to work on MAC MAVERICK.
