Material Energy ^3 Server problem

Ok so when i launch the minecraft_server1.6.4Jar to start the server it only generates a quater of the map. And in the console it shows skipping (Block name here). If i try and run the server.bat it gives me a error message saying error occurred during initialization of vm could not reserve enough space for 2000000kb object heap Also the first 4 0s never stay the same when i open it again they always change. If i try putting more memory in it i get a error message saying invalid maximum heap size: -4G the specified exceeds the maximum representable size Error: could not create the java virtual size. i also tried running forge-1.6.4-9.11.1.965-universal.jar but nothing happens when i do i just get a forge mod loader log and nothing else happens. Maybe the answer is really obvious and im and idiot but i can really use some help. Me and my friend wanna try this pack
