Summary of the problem Massive frame rate drop when entering the Beneath

What is the bug? I made The Beneath teleporter recently. When ever I enter the Beneath I have to wait about 30 for a single frame. I waited about 10 minutes and this would not stop. Can someone please help reduce the frame rate drop.
