Problem Magic World 2 Biome Generation Troubles

Hello Everyone,

hoping to get some input as no one seems to be playing Magic World 2 and having the same problem as I am. It seems like all of the worlds I generate in the magic world 2 pack start in a magical forest where ~1200 entities are spawned and this is causing some lag in my rather small, 2.5G RAM server.

From my limited knowledge of modding without an installer I remember the cardinal rule being to remove META-INF from the directory. Around 10 mods in the Magic World 2 pack still have the META-INF file, Biomes O' Plenty being one. Are these mods being prevented from loading? How come the world generation is being so stubborn?

As a final note I've reloaded new worlds into the server and they're all slightly different, but right beside or in a large magical forest.

do not remove meta inf from anywhere this is an old thing that was needed and is no longer necessary. Try changing the seed on you server and see if that helps, how are you counting the entities?

Howdy, I generated some random seeds and got frustrated with the same results. After poking around in the config files I found that my issues were with BoP's "spawn in default vanilla?" option... I was generating vanilla biomes with whatever additional areas were added by the mods in the pack, minus the BoP ones. Switched up the configs and reloaded a new world, plopped me in the middle of a heathland with horses. Couldn't be happier. Thanks though!
