Solved MacOS Catalina, downloaded and FTBApp can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software

So I've just recently downloaded the FTBapp on Catalina but it can't be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.
Tried "open package contents" and also got the same message when opening .jar file.

Anyone on MacOS has this issue?

Edit: got around it by overriding it!
