Summary of the problem Machine Block (Extra Utilities 2) not craftable

What is the bug? The crafting pattern given in game and on the FTB wiki for the machine block did not produce the machine block.

Is it repeatable? When I left my world and returned to it I was able to recreate the problem. I combined the items required to craft a machine block in a crafting bench and the end product could not be produced. I have since completely shut down the game and computer then restarted from scratch and the block is now craft able after resetting.
Known Fix I was able to go into creative mode and give myself a machine block, then removed the components to craft it from my survival inventory as a workaround. Resetting seemed to fix the problem though I thought I should report it anyway.
