Details of the issue:
Hi, i have new Computer and Minecraft is lagging as shit. I have no idea, i am using Optifine and that doesnt help.

My PC:
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 960
CPU: AMD fx 6300
Motherboard: MSI 970 Gaming
Ram: 8 GB​
 
Maybe youre world is too complex. Some mods are lagging as hell! Try simplyfing your base by putting some stuff far away in chunkloaded Areas. Maybe that helps?
