Details of the issue I have been trying to play the DW20 pack with my friend. I had trouble where my gpu was getting lower frames then my integrated graphics, I made it windowed, and it was fixed. My friend is getting 2 fps no matter what. He gets 130 fps in vanilla and we have no clue why he is getting drops. His rig:Razer blade stealth- I7 6500u , 8GB ram with 4 dedicated; core with rx 480.
